Flag's Hatting Stats are Down
Hatting courses appear sporadically in Source. It's unclear whether this reflects occasional special pushes for particular hatting courses, or whether they're taken more frequently but only reported on rare occasions, making for inaccurate stats. Nearly all the Hat completions appear in 1988.
For the second year in a row, Flag has reported no Hat completions.
