Freewinds' Miscellaneous Services Stats are Up from 2003, but Down Since 1999
The most important component of the Miscellaneous Services category is the OT Debug service, which accounts for more than 10% of all Freewinds completions and more than 70% of this category. Interestingly, completions for that particular service have fallen for three years in a row. 2004's biggest boost came from the new London Congress on Dissemination and Help Course. If completions for that new service unfold similarly to other big pushes for new Freewinds courses, it seems likely that Dissem and Help completions will peter out in the next few years.
